I don't want to read all my email in plain text, just the email that
goes to my ZoneAlarm junk mail folders.

Is there a way to just do that? I will look to see if I can send my
ZoneAlarm junk mail to my Outlook junk mail folder after my mid-terms
early next week.

Yes. ToolsOptionsE-mail OptionsRead all standard mail in plain text.
