Do you have Adobe Acrobat (not Acrobat Reader) installed? If so, that's
most likely the culprit. Use Add or Remove Programs to uninstall the PDF
Maker add-in.

Yes I do have Acrobat installed. I use the PDF Maker add-in sometimes
to create pdf files from Word---is there a work around without
uninstalling Acrobat? Thanks.
