Greetings.

I too am having trouble with attachments. I get the standard OE 6 error
message when I send an email with attachments ("Some error occured while
processing the required task. Please review the list of errors below for more
details.") However, there are no further details on the error tab.

Status...
Firewall - off.
Antivirus - off.
XP Pro - fully updated (per windows update web site).
I never work in "offline" mode.


a few Details of the trouble...
I can send emails - of any size.
I can receive emails with and without attachments - under 100mb.

[here is where things get interesting]
I can send an email with an attachment (the attachment is sent along with
the email), but OE does not move the file to the sent box.

This, of course, means OE resends the message everytime it automatically
checks my email - but most importantly I have to delete the message from the
outbox to keep it from resending. So, I have no record of ever sending the
email.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
