Default Bug with outlook 2003

I have essentially the same error message when trying to view someone's
shared calendar or trying to share mine. If I change the address book when
looking for someone, Outlook crashes with this error.

Detect and repair did not work, reinstalling did nothing, removing and
reinstalling did not work. I get the same error under a different user
profile (not different mail profile, but different user profile in XP Pro)
and I get the same error under any profile even in safe mode. Outlook and
Exchange 2003.

I'm at my wits end. Any ideas?
