account, but as soon as I configured my new corporate IMAP account,
e-mails are shown in the server folder view, and not delivered to the
local folder, unless I move them manually.

IMAP folders can never be the delivery location They'll always stay on the
server.

I suspect there is a difference still that you don't recognize. An Exchange
account and an IMAP account can never share folders.
