Default Re-install Outlook 2003?

Thank you, Neo. I did everything in your first paragraph and now my user
loves me because she has her Outlook email back. Thanks again for your help!

You should be able to fix all of this via the mail applet in the control
panel. for example, use the show profiles and define a new mail profile for
the user in question. Delete the old one.

If you do get prompts about copying files during the above, can you describe
the dialog box in question and what it might be trying to copy? (Example: Is
the Microsoft Office 2003 repair/install dialog where the program is just
trying to correct itself.)

We have a small SBS 2003 network utilizing Exchange Server 2003 with each
user using Outlook 2003. We use Roaming Profiles. One user's roaming
profile got all corrupted and I had a hard time getting it back by trying
to
restore his profile to the server. I panicked and tried the "Copy To:"
method and overwrote his profile with one that I knew was good. Realizing
that was stupid, I finally was able to restore his last good profile
directory to the server. Now his desktop, icons, settings, etc., seem to
be
fine EXCEPT when he starts up Outlook, he gets the Outlook mailbox of that
user's profile that I had copied. I tried to remove the Outlook account,
but
Outlook wouldn't let me without first copying a bunch of files that I
didn't
understand. I tried adding an account for the correct user, but Outlook
said
I could have only one account that was an Exchange account. How do I fix
this? By reinstalling Outlook? Or is there a simple fix? Thanks!
