Tools | Accounts | Add | Mail
Put in your Hotmail address and follow the instructions. OE know what
server to use, but if it's a free account it probably won't work. MS wants
you to use Windows Live Mail Desktop (http://ideas.live.com) so that you can
experience the advertising.
