NOTEPAD, create html file

my html sig (replace zz with ) if I send with the left one enabled the
message goes as html , hate html in newsgroups,
makes a logo appear that scrolls with the page, if you uncheck 'send
pictures with message' only the text is sent and the image gets loaded from
the web server
