Since I can't find the original post and know what you've already tried (a
good reason not to trim posts) - I can only guess that you haven't waited
long enough - outlook doesn't constantly update it and you need to wait 24
hrs. It also could be a server issue, not an outlook issue, so if you
haven't already posted this in the exchange newsgroups, you should.
