Default Outlook email autocomplete problem

Great!

I guess I either have to give everybody a script that deletes this file, so
they can run it themselves when they need to.
Or I do it for them, but then they may get annoyed when the cache just get
cleared every so often without their control and they have to start all over
again to build up their contacts...

That fixed it though, thanks!!

It is an .nk2 file stored in each local user's profile.

"%userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\

We are migrating people over from GroupWise to Outlook (Exchange/Outlook
2003) in a staging kind of migration. For the new Outlook users to be
able to mail to the GroupWise users that have not yet been migrated, we
created contacts in the GAL which points to GroupWise. Once they get
migrated to Outlook, the contact pointing to GroupWise gets deleted
because now they do exist in Exchange.

This causes a problem for the Outlook users who have been sending emails
to people in GroupWise, where Outlook has cached their old address with
the autocomplete feature. They will type in their name, and Outlook will
pull up the old contact, that doesn't exist anymore, and when they send
the email it goes nowhere.

Did try to delete the cached autocomplete addresses one person had
yesterday by just hitting the 'delete' key, but this morning they are all
back again.

Where is this info stored? Is there any way I remotely can delete this
cache for everybody??

Big TIA!!!
