Have you closed and restarted Outlook completely?

After furious head scratching, paulsteps asked:

| The user can't make and changes to current appointments and can't add
| new appointments. No error displays when you try to click on either
| of them. The weird thing is that when you click on a shared calendar
| you can make changes on those but not the actual user's calendar. We
| are running Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003. Any help would be
