Forwarding Emails with Attachments

I forwarded an email today with an attachment, but I'm not sure it went
thru.
Can someone explain in exact detail how to do this? It would be of great
help to me. Also when you want to save an email to the draft box in OE,
how
do you do this? When I forwarded the attached email today I clicked the
attached key, but I'm not sure yet whether it went thru. I need details.
