You don't really need a backup program. You can just copy the entire
message store directory and 2 or 3 registry keys. But I said that about
OE as well, and Majik's OEQB is extremely popular.

I think system restore is also supposed to restore the message store in
Vista, but I haven't checked that yet.

You still have to export those from the Registry. They're in a
somewhat different place because Windows Mail doesn't have Identities.
Darn it!


Another reason to wait on Vista: someone will write a back up program
for Windows Mail.
