Neither Windows XP nor Outlook Express come with Earthlink. That was
placed on your computer by someone else...the OEM, perhaps?

BTW, don't get too comfortable with Outlook Express. It's being replaced
in Vista.

In OE I can now read messages ok, but an unexpected error throws me off
