Hi DGuess,

Thanks for your help,

Can I check with you in details, in that case I will
have

Inbox_GMail
Inbox_Yahoo
Inbox_mycompany
Sent_items_GMail
Sent_items_yahoo
Sent_items_mycompany
Draft...
Outbox...

All above under same Local Folders correct or better to be under
respective
Inbox, Outbox, Sent items ...folder? Which way is better if I need to
tranfer my emails database between PCs regularly.

eg.
Local folder - inbox_yahoo
- inbox_gmail
- outbox_yahoo
- outbox_gmail
OR

Local folder - Inbox - inbox_yahoo
- inbox_gmail
- Outbox - outbox_yahoo
- inbox_gmail

You can only have one of each of the main default folders for POP mail in
OE,

All sent mail will go to the Sent Items folder, all drafts will be saved to
the Drafts folder, all outgoing mail will Leave via OE's Outbox.

Now to separate incoming and outgoing mail you need to create folders and
message rules to direct the mail to them, as David said.
I prefer to set up my mail folders under Local Folders in the form of "Gmail
In" - & "Gmail Out" etc they are then inked under each other
+ Gmail In
Gmail Out
Remember when naming your folders that they are set in the folder list
alphabetically, to keep your mail account folders close to each other in the
folder tree, you need to be inventive, e.g. Yahoo In would be at the bottom
of your tree & below any other folders, if you named it "aYahoo In" it would
be at the top.

Then you need to create message rules to move the messages as they come in,
always have those rules at the top of the rules list and be sure to select
"stop processing rules" for each one.

Create rules for your sent items, sent items rules are not automatic, you
have to apply them manually in the message rules section by selecting them
and hit 'Apply now'. I do this every week or so, or I will select a mail in
Sent Items & right clickmove to folder. YMMV.

If you need any more info please stick to this thread.
