That's one you can't get around and is where you're seeing the searching
for hyperlinks thru the yENC file and a 700 meg one at that.

Just looked on Forte's web site and it says they've retired Free Agent. I
haven't had a need for a binary ready in sometime so I'm behind on that
part. WHatever, it can still be downloaded at the link below, it's v1.93
and I don't know if it supported yENC or not. Even if it doesn't, you can
still combine the yENC file and use a yENC decoder to get the file without
the searching for hyperlinks.

$30 for it still isn't bad to get the latest version and get all abilities
without the hassles for addons.

Correct. As the Combine & Decode process ends, a window pops up with the
Combined & Decoded file waiting for some action to be taken on it.

I just never get to save it.

Thanks again.

Doesn't a new window pop up after combine and decode? Preview Pane isn't
an option then.

... Sometimes I would run into the 'searching for hyperlinks.'

You will only see that if the Preview pane is open, or if you open a
yenc message. Turn off the preview pane when you're working in binaries
newsgroups. You can add a button to the news toolbar to toggle that.
