As already mentioned, you can only have one Sent Items, Outbox and Drafts
but can manually apply a rule to the Sent Items to separate them. That rule
has to be unselected for normal operation and only applied when you want to
separate the emails sent.

Hi DGuess,
Thanks for your help,
Can I check with you in details, in that case I will
have
Inbox_GMail
Inbox_Yahoo
Inbox_mycompany
Sent_items_GMail
Sent_items_yahoo
Sent_items_mycompany
Draft...
Outbox...
All above under same Local Folders correct or better to be under
respective
Inbox, Outbox, Sent items ...folder? Which way is better if I need to
tranfer my emails database between PCs regularly.
eg.
Local folder - inbox_yahoo
- inbox_gmail
- outbox_yahoo
- outbox_gmail
OR
Local folder - Inbox - inbox_yahoo
- inbox_gmail
- Outbox - outbox_yahoo
- inbox_gmail
With regards
Sylvester.

Create an Inbox for each and then use Message Rules to do the separation.
Inbox_GMail
Inbox_Yahoo
Inbox_mycompany
Where the To or Cc: line contains people
move it to the following folder
stop processing more rules (that way it knows to stop if it meets all the
criteria)

Hi all,
I have a number of email accounts (e.g. , ,
) - each for different purposes.
I was thinking,
After I set up the POP3 account for all these accounts, i whould like
all the mails (including inbox, sent mails, draft, outbox) for all
these
accounts to be seperated. How can I do so to ensure that all these
email is not mixed up together after in is being download into OE6.
Also for certain emails e.g. , (same domain
name
)to be downloaded into a separate OE6 folder inbox and outbox - how can
I
do
that .
Thabks for reading.
