Default Unable to use contacts

Unfortunately, my problem still exists. I replaced the Wab32.dll file and
that didn't help either.

I don't know much about computers, but if this helps...When I click on a
contact the new message window appears, but there is no text on it and you
can see through it where the tools (Send, Undo, Spelling, etc.) should be.
Then the message "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to
close" appears.

It, my computer, is really starting to annoy me. If it doesn't start
behaving, it's going to get a free flying lesson...out my second story window.

When I click on a contact I receive a message saying "Outlook Express

receive,
reply and forward email.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling OE with no luck. I even tried
reinstalling Windows XP Pro, but that didn't help either.

Thanks in advance for any help.
