Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder will reveal
the location of your Outlook Express files. Press the
Tab key to highlight the folder location, then Ctrl+C.
Close OE, then Start | Run | Ctrl+V will put the
location in the box - Click OK and you'll see the OE
files. Otherwise, write the location down and navigate
to it in Windows Explorer.

Thanks for these details instructions ............ I
followed these........... The out box went to the recycle
bin and when I opened OE there was hopefully another
out box
Sent a test message to myself and the same thing
happened . It stayed in the out box but arrived OK in
Margs mail box ? and I got the same error message down
the bottom on the screen of a little yellow triangle
Tried leaving this test message in the out mail box and
going thru this procedure again but IT didnt like that
...said was being used by another . So moved my test
message out and tried again ............. So now have 2
out mail boxes in the recycled bin and the problem
persists . This computer is nearly 4 years old and never
had this happen before or with prevous computers ??

Is there something else I can try ?
