Outlook Banter - View Single Post - Can't send a .jpg as an attachment or imbedded in msg.

It was already checked.
OE version: 6.00.2900.2180 (xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158)
All updates have been downloaded (re-formated and installed xp pro 1 month
ago) and installed.
Have run scannow - no effect on the problem.
Unloaded McAfee virus protection and Zone Alarm from running in background
to try to send - no effect on the problem.
