Well, that's Hotmail in OE for you. I remember once getting that message
for two or three weeks before it started working again. It's a Hotmail
server problem, not an OE problem. Nothing you can do in OE to fix ir.

If it's Outlook Express, not only is that not the complete error
message, but you even got the error code wrong. Please give us the
complete, exact error message.
