Apparently, the X-NAS headers are inserted by Norton Anti-Spam. So you
would need to check with Norton as to the problem. Or try disabling the
anti-spam and see if you like things better.

or i'll just get an empty box. Sometimes it's like it's stuck

I have a POP3 account. Also using Nortons Internet Security w/spam
subtract.
I'm sure it's something stupid .
