Is this something that you are doing from Outlook Express? Your
description sounds more like a web mail program.

Assuming you are using Outlook Express, what kind of mail server is it
(POP3, IMAP, or HTTP)? If you aren't sure, look in Tools, Accounts,
Mail, Properties, Servers.
