How to copy ALL Outlook's 'knowledge' to another PC.
Why shouldn't you use Import/export PST? We used that all the time at the
last place I worked. We would export to a PST, delete and recreate their
account on their PC, and then import from the PST. Doing so always cleared
up any issues Outlook was having. This worked for 2002 and 2003 versions.
Thanks.

I know I can import a PST file but that only imports Inbox, Sent,
Deleted etc folders and not say email accounts.
Never export to or import from a PST you will lose data.
Whether or not you can move your account data depends on which version of
Outlook you use and you decided that information wasn't important.
