Default no option to re-install Outlook

If youy search your hard drive, do you see a outlook.exe file that already exists? What happens if you double click on it?

After furious head scratching, April asked:

| That's just it -- I can't install. I get the big red X. If I try to
| install anyway, it just installs some components associated with
| Outlook. The actual program doesn't install. I've tried with three
| different installation disks and they all have the red X (not
| available) by Outlook.
