This is a problem that just started ... using OE 6 and the program opens fine
when opening for the 1st time after PC is turned on. After the program is
opened and then closed OE will not open again until the computer is
restarted. I did upgrade Internet Explorer to 7.0, but I am not sure if the
prblem started at that time or not. The IE upgrade is the only change that
has been made on this PC. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
