Default Using bcc

I send all my messages using bcc.

It's simple: use the to: line and when you pick out the addresses click on
the bcc line and they will go the way you want with only the receiver seeing
his/her own address.

I have been trying to figure out how to send e-mails where the recipent can
only see his or her addy and not all the people in my address book. Using
the
bcc I still need to put an address in the cc box? or am I missing
something?
Thanks in advance
