Default Using bcc

I have been trying to figure out how to send e-mails where the recipent can
only see his or her addy and not all the people in my address book. Using
the
bcc I still need to put an address in the cc box? or am I missing
something?
Thanks in advance

Create a contact in your Address book named "Faye's Mailing List" and give
it your own address. Put that in the To field and the rest in the BCC field
and nothing in the CC field.
