does your network use a logon script that is creating the new account? If
your Exchange is part of SBS2003, it probably is.

Did you try making a new profile?

repaired Outlook and still no luck.

One problem I can see is that there is a mail profile that keeps getting
created everytime I open Outlook. I've tried deleting it and it just gets
recreated.The name of this profile is always
"{D9734F19-8CFB-411D-BC59-833E334FCB5E}". I've tried searching my registry
for this value and only the mail profile has this number.

A little info about my system. I'm running Windows Xp Pro SP2, IE 7,
Office 2007 Professional suite, Outllook is connected to an Exchange 2003
server.

Any ideas/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
