Hi,

I basically have had the same problem with a little difference. My messages
in a folder for the past several months disappeared. There were some from
further back that were still there. They would come in and I would see the
number that were not read but would not see the messages. I followed this
procedure and it seems to be working now however it did not recreate the dbx
folder. There is a bak with stuff in it but I am not sure what to do now.
