I wonder if all your files have disappeared from view or been deleted? If
you go into Windows Explorer and search for *.dbx (Outlook files) or *.wab
(windows address book). If they have just disappeared from view you will
see, at least inbox.dbx, outbox.dbx, sent items dbx and your other folders.
In this case Outlook has been re-configured / corrupted and is looking in
the wrong place. If you can't see them, they have been deleted. If you
haven't got a back-up it may be possible to resurrect them with something
like restoration
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/restoration.html The success
of this depends on whether or not information on the hard disk has been
overwritten (which depends, in part, on the amount the computer has been
used since the files were deleted). Indeed Restoration should, ideally, be
installed to a different hard disk.
Good luck!.

Without any warning Outlook has erased all my files including the address
book. Even in case of mistake from the user a good software should prevent
such avatar !!! I would be interested as well by a recovering procedure. I
doubt that Microsoft does suggest anything for that.
