"Parse" means you place the name elements into their correct fields
manually. There is no "Contacts" view.

As a general principle, when you are expecting Outlook to parse names
like
the example you post (where both names are short and neither is
recognizable
as either a first or last name) you should parse the name elements
directly
by placing them in the correct fields.
