startup is extremely slow - 6 minutes - and any movement around in Outlook

extremely slow, and I get frequent error msgs (unnumbered) and frequent
freezups. I have Comcast which also recently switched from TWarner.
Sometimes 2 versions of Outlook open up at once! I can get the hourglass
symbol for just switching from 1 msg in Inbox to the next!
