I figured out that the Object that couldn't be found was the Standard Forms
Library. When I go into Design Mode, the Standard Forms Library is gone. I
don't know how it went AWOL but I think it may have something to do with a
missing backup .pst.

I have had a functioning custom form for some time. It has a little code
