Default Outlook Express will not work...

This is my first time using outlook express at home... When I try to
send a
message I get this error:

Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Account:
'Hotmail', Server:
Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Service Unavailable', Port: 0,
Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 87, Error Number: 0x800CCCF0

I have no idea what this means. Please help! (=

You don't get *free* access from Outlook or Outlook Express to a
Hotmail account. You'll need to pay for the Hotmail account which
will then enable WebDAV access to it (the scripting language used by
Outlook and OE). If all you have is a freebie Hotmail account, all
you get is the webmail interface.
