Default Adding Sound to E-Mail

Thank you so much Michael, you fixed my problem. I had plain text checked
for mail. Sometimes I think there are grimlins in my computer that like to
change my settings. Again thanks, I really appreciate your help.

Describe the steps you are performing and what goes wrong.

For example, do you get any error message?

If you send the message OK does it not play for the recipient? Does it
not play in your Sent Items folder?

If the recipient has the problem, what mail program are they using? The
OE background sound is not supported by all mail programs.

If it plays in your Sent Items but not the recipient who is using OE,
make sure that you have selected Tools, Options, Send, Mail, HTML
Settings, Send pictures.

Also to hear the music in OE you must not have select Tools, Options,
Read, Read All messages in plain text.

I use to be able to add music to my emails, it has been a while
however,
anyway...tried today and applied the sound as I always have but it
didn't
work. FYI...I'm using WinXP and IE7, NOD32/AntiVirus--Sypware
Doctor--SpyBot..If anyone has some ideas as to what my problem might
be, I
would sure appreciate your help. Thanks
