Default POP3 Error (0x800CCC92)

As the error msg indicates check if the password is correct in the web mail,
if password is correct then goto Outlook and in the account settings try the
Email address under user name in the logon information.

The POP3 works fine with my email address and using my account info for

on. I can also get it to work with his email address if I use the
administrator account for the logon information. The users account is
setup
the same as mine with POP3 rights in exchange.



The only diffence between his account and mine is the account name is the
same as the email alias for my account but not for his account. That
should
not matter.



Is there something else I am missing here.
