Default Cant see attachment

If you can normally display pictures in e-mail, it's likely the problem
is at the other end and the sender did configure their mail program to
actually send the picture.

There are other possible causes which could be at your end..

- Red X instead of picture

Sorry if this is reposted but I could not see my previous attempt with
this query.

Someone sent me an email with a picture attached. It shows as a red
cross in a box. I have my security settings set to allow attachments
to be saved and can normally see all attachments in other emails.
What is blocking this from showing, is it something from the other
end.
