what's my problem here?
Woof! Just got off the phone from a two hour conversation with my
Bellsouth tech support rep. We went through some of the things PA Bear had
me do, and other things in addition. Finally, he said: "you've got a
problem for Microsoft". I said "do you mean it's a software problem?"
The answer was yes.
Now I've got to think about this for a bit. I may take my pc to a shop
close by tomorrow that gives one day service.
