Default Outbox stop working in Cache Mode
When I use Outlook 2003 SP2 in Cache Mode, the outbox stops working. Inbox is
ok.

When I switch back to online mode, everything is ok and the E-Mails are send
over the exchange 2003 SP2 server.

Again, I switch back to Cache mode (I delete every *.OST file I found), the
outbox stops working.

Anyone who can help me, what's wrong?
