Default How to display days of the week in calendar

I'm using Outlook 2003.

In a 5-day work week view, only the date appears at the top of each column;
and in the 7-day work week view, the date appears twice!! How do I get the
corresponding day of the week to appear as well? The days of the week only
appear in the monthly view as a column heading but the dates again appear
twice. Please help!
