Default Error yahoo to outlook express 0x800ccc0f

I have changed the smpt from 'smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com' to mail.sbcglobal.net
because I just kept getting invalid password. Then I did some other changes
now send email but not receive it thru Outlook Express. I am still using the
mail.sbcglobal.net.

Ps I am on another machine at another location I have sbcglobal.net at
other location

I have tried everything microsoft recommend and some forums as far as

outlook express. But I keep getting these errors.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible caouses
for this include server problems, network problems, or oa long period of
inactiviity. Acount: mail.sbcglobal.net, protocaol pop3 port6: 110 secure
SSL No, Socket Error 10053 error number 0x800cccof

Also got a 0x800ccc92 error before removing registry keys....

HELP I am at a loss

Are you an AT&T Yahoo! HSI customer? If so, you shouldn't be trying to use a
legacy SBC POP3 server. In any case. 'mail.sbcglobal.net' is not answering
on port 110.

Here is a list of the servers for AT&T Yahoo! HSI customers.

You probably should be using 'smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com'.

But your NNTP posting IP address is not an AT&T Yahoo! HSI IP address?

| X-WBNR-Posting-Host: 67.184.xxx.xxx

Sam Spade tells me:

| 11/22/06 13:52:04 dns 67.184.xxx.xxx
| nslookup 67.184.xxx.xxx
| Canonical name: c-67-184-xxx-xxx.hsd1.il.comcast.net
| Addresses:
| 67.184.xxx.xxx

So which is your ISP? Do you even have an " email address?
