Default Models

create the message and save it as a template or publish it.

You need to use the Outlook editor to create the message to use the method -
the templates will work with word as the editor once they are created.

Hy, some users ask me how to create a model of e-mail, they would to
have a reutilizable draft that everytime they need to send a standard
message to someone they just have an esisting model to compile and send
without rewrite all the message every time...
how i can do it with outlook 2003?
thanks to all
kentucky
