Post your question in the body of the message, not the subject. Always
include your Outlook version and a complete description of what you'd like
to do or what the problem is, including a decription of what you've tried so
far and exactly what happened at each step along the way.

You won't have a tracking tab unless you've requested a receipt and the
recipient honors that request so that you actually receive a receipt.
