I am awaiting receipt of a promo code from a website. To date I don't think I have had any difficulties in receiving email but notice that when I click on the send/receive button to refresh the site I get the green bars suggesting a mail is in transit but then nothing appears. I understand I should receive the code almost instantaneously.

I don't know what the problem is - It is not on my block sender list. I have gone via Orange webmail to see if anything has been caught there - No!

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
