When I write an email and click on send it acts like the email has been sent.
The email is put in the sent folder but the email never gets to the person
it was sent to. I am able to receive emails from others but even if I try to
send an email to myself on OE, I don't receive it.

Is there something that I need to do to get my OE to send out emails? My
ISP is Road Runner.
