Outlook Express
Right click on the Address Book that you copied to the HDD | Properties and
uncheck the Read Only attribute. Try the import now.

I have exported my Outlook Express Address Book to a CD. I had to
reformat
my
hard drive the other day and reload Windows and all the other programs
as
well. When I try to Import the Address Book into Outlook Express, it
does
not
recognize the file and transfer the information. Any hints on how to
accomplish an Import?
