Jackson, after some research, I found that in fact the add-in is installed
and there is an icon on the tool bar of each contact in Outllok. Look for a
yellow traffic sign for a curve in the road in the contact's toolbar. That's
it- simple but unclear documentation. Installation apparently aborts due to
existing install. Enjoy.
