Default Bring Internet Explorer to Front

It automatically comes to the front for me.

It looks like you are using Windows XP SP2. Is that correct?

Are you using IE6 or IE7?

When you click the link is IE opening a new window for the link or
reusing the existing window?

Check you file association against the settings he

Is there a setting or something to make Internet Explorer come to the
front when I click a link in Outlook Express? If Internet Explorer
isn't open yet it will, but if it's open, it just stays in the back,
how do I make it come to the front automatically?
