When I double click on the shortcut to outlook express it will not open the
program. I've tried to troubleshoot this problem using the help and support
for windows xp. Nothing it suggest seems to make it open. I stop using it
back in May of this year but I haven't tring to open it since. I haven't done
anything different to my computer since then either.
